Checkout and Payments
We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Credit Card. We only charge you after your order ships - please click the “Place Order” button only one time to avoid multiple authorizations.
Did you just place an order and are already seeing a charge on your bank account? That’s what we call an “authorization.” This is common bank practice that ensures you have sufficient funds and verifies account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the authorization usually clears within 48–72 hours. If you need to speed up that process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank.
Please note: You can use multiple Gift Cards per order. We are unable to split tenders by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.
If an error message appears after you click “Place Order,” then there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered. Double check - even triple check - that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes the cardholder's name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.
We’re happy to give you some one-on-one assistance, too. Send us an email to Support@Dannyspoolproducts.com. Please be sure to include your order number.
How do you ship my orders?
All your orders are sent via Amazon fulfillment services.
Product Use & Compatibility
Will these tools fit the pole I already own?
Yes! Our products feature a Universal EZ-Clip Connector designed to fit any standard 1-1/4" pool pole. Plus, our "Big White Button" ensures a secure, tool-free attachment that won't pinch your fingers.
Are your products safe for vinyl liners?
Absolutely. Our nets and brushes are engineered with Soft Glide Protective Rubber Bumpers. This provides a cushioned seal that lifts fine silt without scratching or gouging delicate vinyl, fiberglass, or plaster surfaces.
What is the best way to remove leaves from the bottom of a pool?
For heavy debris, a leaf rake with a heavy-duty frame (like the Danny’s Net Rake 17") is superior to a vacuum, as vacuums can clog easily. Use a "scooping" motion along the floor to leverage the beveled lip.
My pool is "turning green" - what is the correct order of tools to use to clean it?
To effectively clear a green pool, you must follow a specific 4-step mechanical cleaning process using the right Danny's Pool Products to ensure algae is fully removed:
Skim the Surface: Start by using the Flat Skimmer to clear floating debris. Its High-Density Micro-Mesh Weave captures microscopic particles like pollen and silt that standard nets miss, preventing them from sinking and fueling more algae growth.
Remove Heavy Floor Debris: Use on of our Leaf Rakes to scoop out large organic matter from the bottom. The Precision Inclined Front Lip acts like a dustpan, getting under wet leaves and acorns that harbor algae.
Scrub the Walls: Use the Heavy-Duty Wall Brush to break the algae's protective "biofilm". The Integrated Hydro-Dynamic Downforce Spoiler uses water pressure to keep the brush locked against the wall, ensuring you scrub away stubborn colonies with minimal effort.
Vacuum the Settled Remains: Once the algae has settled on the floor, use the Weighted Vacuum Head. Its 4 Integrated Strategic Weights prevent "vacuum lift-off," providing 100% suction efficiency to remove the dead algae without clouding the water again
How far can an Danny’s Pool Products pole reach?
Depending on the model, Danny’s Pool Products poles extend from 12 ft up to 15 ft. When combined with your height and arm reach, you can comfortably reach areas up to 20 feet high.
What makes Danny’s Pool Products Extension Poles different from cheaper poles on Amazon?
While budget poles often bend under pressure or struggle with water drag, the Danny’s 12 and 15 feet poles are engineered with three distinct mechanical advantages:
Minimizing Water Resistance: Our poles feature a specialized Lightweight Construction that significantly lowers water drag. This allows the pole to glide through the water faster, making daily skimming quick and effortless while reducing arm fatigue.
Commercial-Grade Rigidity: We use Commercial-Grade Aluminum to provide a rigid, heavy-duty feel. Unlike thin-walled budget poles, Danny's poles are designed to remain stable and won’t rust or bend even during heavy scrubbing sessions.
Sectional Retractable Design: For superior storage and versatility, our poles utilize a Sectional Retractable Design. This allows you to adjust the length via a Lock & Grip system to reach the deep end of any pool, then collapse it into a manageable size for tidy garage storage.
Universal Compatibility: Every pole is built with a Universal 1-1/4" Standard Connection Port. This guarantees a "no-guesswork" fit with all standard US pool tools, including nets, brushes, and vacuums.
Unlike budget poles, they’re engineered for heavy-duty cleaning - trusted by homeowners, professional cleaners, and facility maintenance crews.
